Dr. Federico Lenci, the owner of the Emergency Dental Services got his Dentistry and Prosthetic Dentistry Degree at the Faculty of Medicine and Surgery at the Università degli Studi di Napoli Federico II in 1986, and dedicated his thesis to an experimental Periodontal Microbiology and achieved the highest marks and first class honours.
In 1986, he did his practical Professional Dentist registration and was put on the List of the Institute of Medical Surgeons and Dentists of the Naples Province under registration no. 091.
In the 1986/87 academic year he followed a specialization course in “Periodontal Reconstructive Surgery” at the Odontostomatology Institute of the Faculty of Medicine and Surgery at the Università degli Studi di Napoli Federico II.
From 1986 to 1993 he attended the Periodontology Department of the Odontostomatology Institute and during these years made intensive clinical and research studies which were followed by the publication of 21 scientific papers in the field of reconstructive periodontology and microbiology related to periodontal disease.  He was also one of the speakers at several scientific congresses.
From 1990 to 1992 he was also a lecturer on the Dentistry Degree Course at the Faculty of Medicine and Surgery at the Università degli studi di Napoli Federico II.
From an institutional point of view, he was considered as being sensitive to the problems inherent to the world of Odontology since his days as a student and in 1983 he participated in the foundation of the Associazione Italiana degli studenti in Odontoiatria (A.I.S.O.) (Italian Association of Odontology Students) and when he got his degree was elected National Board Member of the Associazione italiana odontoiatri (A.I.O.) (Italian Odontologists Association). In this period, together with his colleagues, he fought for the legal recognition of the new European Odontology professional.
He was then on the Odontology Committee at the Ordine dei Medici Chirurghi e degli Odontoiatri for the tri-annual 1991/93 period and the tri-annual 1994/96 period.
Since 1993 he has been a freelance and having investigated at the world of dentistry has identified a niche market where the services of an odontologist were missing.
